"Why insurance?"Knowing that the insurance industry is probably the most challenging one to be in, I chose to go against the norm of Malaysian stereotype that insurance agents are one of the most hated profession."Why not explore other opportunities first?"I joined the industry right after graduation because I see the golden opportunity for growth that many other fresh grads do not see. This may not be the most sought after career but I believe that with my principles rooted in my services to my clients, I am able to achieve greater heights within a short period of time."What's next after insurance?"There's no next after insurance. I will be in this industry for many more years to come. Why? Because when a client signs a policy with me, the greatest satisfaction is not securing the sales, it is the joy of gaining one person's trust in the services you provide. And that's why it's called LIFE insurance."Aren't you afraid of rejection?"Who doesn't? I believe that everyone needs to learn how to sell. In any business that you are in, you are always selling - to your prospects, investors and employees. To be the best salesperson, you need to put yourself in the shoes of the person to whom you are selling. Don't sell your product. Solve their problems.
