Position SummaryIn this role, as a key member of the Shanghai RA & CCC Team, will manage the Shanghai researcher associate & cold call center team and provide support to the CEO and Shanghai Office Manager. As a manager of staff in Shanghai, this role provides direction to RA & CCC Team according to established policies and management guidance and administers company policies that directly affect subordinate employees. Responsible for identify and implement improvements that increase efficiency. Operations support includes helping the RA & CCC Team execute bookings forecasting, provide analytics/reporting, as well as enhancing various services processes to enhance the effectiveness and productivity of the RA & CCC Team.Facilitate the development of the Monthly completed assignment & CCC-orders, manage the identification and resolution of issues related to attainment of monthly completed assignment (ARF). The manager will work very closely, with a high sense of urgency, with a cross-functional group of RA & CCC Team, to ensure timely identification and resolution of issues.
