Previously I'm major in Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration at National Cheng Kung University which is the Top 2 in Asia. When I begin my career planning, my starting point in the ERP industry is from Taiwan HQ which has the household name in the Greater China Region, Top 1 in Taiwan, and Top 3 in China. Currently, we are paying efforts to make it big and enjoy a lot of success in expanding business in the South-East Asia Market for some years.After three years of experience in consulting vast manufacturing industries, I understand the real-time and intercommunication of information across departments are the key factors of decision making and business optimization. Therefore, I've learned from ERP, SFT, WMS, and MES through the system training and project implementation to transform the users' mindset. After that, I challenged myself to become a project manager where I have to coordinate with other solution partners and lead a team to manage the entire project. I believe that an open mind to accept new things from time to time is always the key to enhance competitiveness.
