For many years now, I have worked with my partners building and growing the Delphinium, Ltd. brand in the Hell's Kitchen area of Manhattan. As our small business grew into three distinctly different retail stores in a five year period - all in a two block radius - my job grew to include manager, buyer, creative director, visual display coordinator as well as employee trainer and scheduler. After the first few years in business, I also had a major role in creative director in developing our company website: www.delphiniumhome.com, managing all the visual images, brand perception and text. At our leases end In 2011, our business needed to be restructured, due to doubling rents in two of our three locations, so we condensed our business model down to one store, the current "Delphinium Home" location, for which I am still a buying consultant, but currently do not hold a salaried position there at this time. I also proud to have had a large role in the creation, look and selection of products at the newly designed Delphinium Home store which is still thriving and frequented by loyal customers from all over the globe.

Prior to owning and operating Delphinium, Ltd. in Manhattan, my partner Michael and I started our first business venture together in 1993. While between Broadway engagements, we began to acquire a cult following for our many varieties of elaborate dried flower arrangements that were very popular in the mid 1990s. Decorating everywhere from luxury apartments and private offices in Manhatan, this creative venture gave us license to work creatively and paved the way for us to open our first Delphinium store! We even sold our arrangements at our store for the first year of business! We learned so much about running a business through our work with Everlastings but eventually had no time to keep up with our flower work with the success of Delphinium Ltd. in 1996
