We are asset managers for a large portfolio of multifamily properties. We started from scratch in January of 2009 and are now fully operational. Our primary job is to inspect and manage properties and property managers at several hundred multifamily affordable housing projects. We report on the results of thoses inspections and monitor operations to insure our investors receive maximum cash flow and fee payments.
