Project roles have been the Organizational Change lead on a number of projects at clients including a major Wall Street Bank, major national food manufacturer and distributor as well as multiple major global internal improvement projects at EY.

Working as the lead change management consultant on a major global project within Chevron's Global Supply & Trading group.

Assisted a number of initiatives with change management while at Chevron in ETC and Global Supply & Trading.

Over my seven year career at Ernst & Young (which became Capgemini) I worked in various roles and projects, developing skills in the areas of business process re-engineering, supply chain, project management, and change management. My clients included Shell Oil, Hewlett Packard, Yahoo, Continental Airlines, and BP.My focus was in change management where I led change management teams supporting major global change initiatives.In addition to my client serving responsibilities, I taught internal classes including a week-long Consulting Skills Workshop class at the global headquarters outside of Paris, France.
