Starting with working to support Dads, and push the shift in agenda for paternal mental health, then subsequently founding (and exiting) an award-winning non-profit organisation (MENTalk Lincs) driving change in Lincolnshire for peer support and working with all ages and demographics to enable individual growth, and teach malleable methods for self-help.
