I’m not an accountant – but I can help you get your numbers in the right order for a buyer I can help you decide if the deal is the best for you. Not just financially but personally. What am I? I’m an ex corporate senior director that grew a business from £3m to £30m through growth and five acquisitions, left and then launched a business that I sold. Started another and sold that in 2019 and I had no one to talk to so had to do the entire process on my own. I know how difficult it can be when running the business at the same time. What am I offering and how much does it cost. I’m the other pair of eyes, the non-involved, non-emotional person that may help you avoid the some of the issues that a sale creates. At the very least someone you can talk too that doesn’t have a commercial interest so is not guided by the money. All your other advisors are! I don’t want a commission or share of the sale proceeds. Just a fair fee based on a day rate. I don’t even have a minimum number of days. If you just want one morning, that’s fine. If you want a day a week, that’s fine too.
