VHU Europe offers radio jingles, production libraries, broadcast branding and television imaging to the international broadcast & advertising industry. It consists of 3 divisons: PURE Jingles (The European Hit Radio Jingle Sound), PANTHERSOUNDS (Online FX & Music) and KARMA (Broadcast Branding & Design).

Supervised 8 managers and developed strategy and tactics for new 4-station Bulgarian radio group, working closely with senior management. Designed, implemented and evaluated group programming and music output while designing promotions effectively selling USP of each brand. Coordinated group research activities, and formed partnerships with world-class international consultants and vendors. Key Market Results:• Built SBS Bulgaria from the ground up, consistently achieving #2 operator rankings in key ratings drivers, beating groups with wider coverage, more brands and stronger operating histories. • Spearheaded efforts protecting leading local music-based station (Radio Veselina) in Bulgaria from stiff competition by ensuring long-term format leadership and high profitability. • Rocketed Radio Vitosha to #1 position within 8 months of re-launch by achieving #1 ranking in 18-36 demographic.• Launched The Voice, almost instantly ranked as the leading station in its target.

Overseeing programming personnel of the 3 stations during re-launch of Nitro Radio, and initial launch of Derti. Introduced new market research strategies to back the development of effective group branding techniques and on-air promotions. Optimized music clocks and production values, and implemented improvements in scheduling software.Key Market Results:• Sustained rankings for Sfera as #2 music station in Greece.• #1 ranking in total daily cumulative ratings at Derti within app. 9 months of launch.• Revitalized Nitro Radio by delivering consistent daily cumulative ratings over 5%.

Prepared daily music scheduling logs ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical requirements.
