• Led deployment program for LAM across more than 200 Resource Brokers resulting in improved effectiveness of the Resource Redeployment function
• Designed Summary and Trend information to enable Senior Management to effectively monitor key statistics for the entire organisation
• Designed Detailed information to allow Project and Line Managers to effectively utilise employees in order to meet internal and external Customer needs
• Drove the reduction in Organisational ‘Bench’ from 12,000 to 3,500 over a 2 year period resulting in improved reporting accuracy and greater resource deployment

• Responsible for work assignment planning of more than 1,000 staff. Supported by five ‘Resource Brokers’ each responsible for planning and recording the detailed assignment information for each resource within the.
• Identified corporate tool deficiencies in all reporting aspects; designed an enhanced report set. The reports produced were recognised as ‘best in class’ and were deployed across the rest of UK, subsequently across.
• Reduced the reporting burden of more than 200 Resource Managers, saving an estimated 2 days of nugatory effort per manager per week
• Defined requirements for reconciliation of planned assignment versus actual time utilisation reporting, enabling the easy identification of misaligned cases and resulting in a significant improvement of both reporting.
• Role and contribution during this period resulted in promotion and move to a Global Reporting role
