Job Responsibilities:Managing the day to day operations for HP CustomersWorking on HP OVSD (Open View Service Desk) and OVSC to verify and troubleshoot the Tickets and working on escalated cases with 3rd line to drive the case to resolution.Operations include Service Calls, Incidents, Work order, Preparing and submitting RFC and playing a role of implementer for the change request Operation includes presenting the change ticket and obtaining approvals from global and regional approvers (TAB,CAB)Handling escalated and emergency issues by joining conference call with customer to troubleshoot and perform a Break-fix if required and submitting After-the -Fact RFC to notify change management and teamPresenting issues and suggestions and new project updates in team meeting Managing the Firewall Modules in 6500, checkpoint firewalls, ASA5550 with PDM & ASDMManaging VPN site to site and site to client on Cisco VPN Concentrator 3000 series and configuring new request and troubleshooting tunnels if any outage.Verify application connectivity with user and client and simulate failures on both appliances and verify traffic fails overFirmware up gradation on CSS11501 Load balancer , VPN concentrator and switches including production obtaining downtimeWorking with the context firewalls(Virtual Firewalls) on Cisco FWSM on 6500Troubleshooting by verifying and capturing live logs from syslog serverConsole access to new devices by engaging Hands & Eyes Team.Set up a Monitoring the devices for the new customerSetting SNMP for the new devices for monitoring purpose.
