I lead a team focused on enabling the best customer experience when connecting to T-Mobile data networks including 2G, 3G, HSDPA and WiFi. We shape the software experience, define the hardware roadmap for connectivity devices, as well as looking at the mobile broadband strategy. I also manage the convergence portfolio where my role is to deliver products in the areas where fixed and mobile data services overlap, inlcuding mobile TV. My team also manage messaging portfolio including picture messaging and mobile instant messaging.

I lead a team of 4 product managers working closely with Business and Consumer Marketing to launch new propositions, promotions and payment methods as well as developing a product roadmap 2 years out.

I managed a team of 3 product managers responsible for the development and management of the paper bill, electronic business billing products, CRM systems, Mobile Number Portability, Content Lock, the IVR and the Prepay Toolbox platform

I managed a team of 2 product managers responsible for the development of new text messaging based content services and revenue generation. My team was also responsible for SIM Toolkit and Voice Services including Directory Enquiries. I also managed the core text messaging product.

I was responsible for evaluating and investigating new technologies and launching new products in a period of rapid change in the mobile telecoms industry. For part of this period I managed a team of 2 product managers.

I worked in a variety of sales and marketing roles in my time at Black & Decker. When I left I was a Senior Product Manager for the consumer powertool portfolio
