A passionate tech enthusiast and key figure in Haiti’s entrepreneurial ecosystem, I currently serve as Chief Operating Officer at Banj, Haiti’s first Google-powered entrepreneurship hub and accelerator. In this role, I oversee daily operations, drive business development, and lead innovation programs to foster a thriving community of over 50,000 entrepreneurs and freelancers. My work at Banj focuses on empowering startups and innovators, creating a dynamic ecosystem that fuels both economic and social growth.In addition to my role at Banj, I am the Vice President of Groupe ECHO Haiti, where I spearhead initiatives to strengthen the capacities of Haitian youth by implementing concrete actions that drive sustainable development. As Technical Project Coordinator at DocMobil, I have led the expansion of telehealth services, improving healthcare access in remote and underserved communities across Haiti.I am also a proud participant in the U.S. Department of State’s prestigious International Visitors Leadership Program (IVLP), where I had the opportunity to network with digital ecosystem leaders across the U.S. As the tech lead for Meta Developer Circle in Port-au-Prince, I continue to foster a vibrant community of innovators and contribute to the organization of DevExpo, Haiti’s largest annual tech conference.With a Bachelor of Business Administration and currently pursuing an Associate of Applied Science in Data Analytics at Ivy Tech Community College, I am dedicated to leveraging data and technology to drive innovation. My mission is to create positive social impact, particularly in Haiti and the Caribbean, by helping innovators transform ideas into thriving businesses that uplift communities and drive regional growth.
