Currently leading BlueCrest's Parcel Automation Solutions business unit. The Business Unit is focused exclusively on parcel automation. The Parcel Automation Solutions business unit is focusing on driving growth and delivering integrated, tailored solutions to both existing and prospective customers in the parcel and logistics industry. Drawing from a rich and innovative legacy of success in the postal optimization and mail production market, BlueCrest will continue to expand into the parcel industry.

Through Innovative Automation I provide coaching, product development, and industry experience to robotics and flexible automation companies enabling them to become more competitive in the changing marketplace.

I currently lead the development of the OTTO Motors approach to partnerships and alliances globally. We connect the digital logistics and manufacturing systems to the physical world by automating the transportation of goods in facilities. OTTO Motors is the leader in Automated Mobile Robotics. Based in Kitchner Ontario we have build an enterprise level robotics company that is deploying heavily inside some of the largest companies in the world.

I am currently the lead of theInnovation and E-Commerce activities for DB Schenker Contract Logistics in the Americas. We are a leading global logistics company providing a broad range of solutions to clients worldwide.

I managed the Sort Center Portfolio for JLL on the Amazon account. I provide leadership for a number of Facilities teams across the nation.

* I manage the northwest region of North American service operation across the United States and Canada encompassing seven field based maintenance and operations teams in the warehouse automation and baggage handling industry.* Responsible the coordination of all corporate office functions between the field organization and the North American Corporate office.* Work with our Business Development teams to create operational plans for new proposals across North America.

* Manage across all functions of the 1.2 million square foot distribution center to include single and multi-shift operations* Lead teams of up to 350 associates processing over 500,000 cases received and shipped per shift and 12 salaried members of management* Analyze the profit and loss statements, budgeting, manpower forecasting and capital expenditures, as well as required reports for operational areas such as productivity reports and asset utilization* Consolidated operations of multiple receiving departments to improve efficiency* Responsible for input and managing area related P&L expenses such as payroll expenses and supply expenses* Understand, analyze, and communicate productivity and quality reports* Responsible for total outbound operations for the DC* Manage top 10 receiving function for all regional DCs* Manage top 5 weekend operation YTD in 2012

* Managed team of 75 maintenance personnel and 200 hourly orderfilling and receiving associates* Manage monthly expense budget of 3MM + dollar budget and yearly capital expenditures of over 2MM for the distribution center* Manage corporate and locally planned projects both for operational improvement as well as infrastructure improvement* Maintain a knowledge of and familiarity with all associates job responsibilities in the distribution center* Responsible for all shifts and total building maintenance and repair program to include refrigeration department* Recovered $780,000.00 on lost warranty dollars for forklift cost

* Responsible for interviewing, hiring, training, development, coaching and performance appraisal process for supervisors and hourly associates in 50 person shipping department* Managed single shift operation of shipping and maintenance in a 1.2 million square foot facility* Led team to a number 1 ranking in productivity for all shipping departments

* Managed single shift shipping operation in 1.1 million square foot facility* Planned and implemented changes in the items carried by the distribution center as part of pilot program* Prepared general merchandise distribution center to accept food items
