The planning and execution of NPI programs covering product, software, and services messaging to the installed global BlackBerry consumer base. Program objectives were to drive loyalty, reduce churn and increase ARPU within the existing BlackBerry consumer base.Key Responsibilities:- Key point of contact for direct to customer launch of BlackBerry 7 devices in NA, LATAM & EMEA- Support of customer facing programs to enhance user experience and retention rates- Management and tracking of a global marketing budget in excess of $6M- Team lead for internal website and productivity tools
