Setting the strategic goals and leading a team of directors with over 40 professionals comprising of sales managers, technical specialists and commercial experts, Joe and his team drive aggressive growth by partnering with their customers through outcome-based solutions. Joe maintains C-suite relationships with some of the energy industries largest power players.Joe’s responsibilities include headcount mgmt, talent development, organizational structure, budgets and comp & benefits. A decisive leader, Joe partners with the Power Services leadership team to drive change for increased sales penetration and better outcomes for GE’s customers. Joe establishes the operating rhythm to drive improvements, reduce costs and increase sales penetration.
