My role is to develop an aligned curriculum for a Business Ethics course. I conduct recitations for both regular and honor classes. These classes are designed to improve student presentation skills, basic understanding of how businesses are organized and how they operate, introduce students to corporate social responsibility, and how businesses make ethical decisions. My classes are developed in a way that encourages group participation through presentations and individual contributions. I work alongside business professors at the Fisher College of business.

Fisher School of Business - Human Resource Management

HR generalist work, supporting Sales Operation in Texas and Oklahoma for Frito-Lay. I worked on two main projects: Developing a regional addendum to the national handbook and Identifying ways to improve employee engagement, recognition, and retention. Each project required collection and use of data to make recommendations, interviewing personnel at different levels of the organization, and learning how each business unit operated. I presented my findings and recommendations to business managers in each zone including best practices and helped to create follow up plans to ensure the long term success of my work. I was able to observe business roles from front line employees to market managers.At the end of my internship I was offered and accepted a full time offer and will begin in 2015.
