I’m fortunate to enjoy a broad and diverse commercial litigation practice with particular emphasis on banking and finance, securities law relating to banking and finance, corporation’s law, and litigation issues arising from corporate insolvency.Litigation in which I have been involved has invariably intersected, often heavily, with the law of torts (more usually, economic loss cases), Australian Consumer Law, property law, equitable principles and remedies, and the law of trusts.“General commercial litigation” is a suitable description of my range of interests and work. Each brief presents a fresh opportunity to learn, not just about a new set of facts and the law engaged, but of the requirements of the client and effectively meeting the litigation and dispute resolution objectives of the client.
Listed skills include Advocacy, Cross Examination, Banking And Finance, Competition And Consumer Act Law, and 6 others.
