I have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, and I have earned two certifications in Project Management and Excel, demonstrating my commitment to continuous learning and professional development.In addition to my current role, I have been serving as a Law Enforcement Officer, a Training Officer, and a Fire Specialist at Dallas County Sheriff for over eight years. I have gained valuable skills and experience in leadership, communication, problem-solving, adaptability, risk management, and cross-functional teamwork, working in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment. I have trained officers in following policies and procedures, led a team in fire rescue and prevention, and enforced regulations and discipline in the facility. I am passionate about making a positive impact in my community and pursuing new challenges and opportunities in the project management field.
