As Chief Process Engineer, I am responsible for analyzing, improving and designing business processes for effectiveness and efficiency leading a group of high impact team of MBB/BBs in the Strategic Initiatives Office. My scope of work also includes Organizational Effectiveness and Design to ensure that functional organizations support the current business goals and strategy.

Hong Kong

As Sr. Project Facilitator, I supported Hong Kong, Thailand and Vietnam in promoting AIA's Six Sigma program, coaching, mentoring, and training potential Black Belts in the region. This also included senior management briefing and strategy formulation. Project examples include: end-to-end process analysis and improvement of insurance sales to policy approval and delivery, premium process collection improvement, turn-around-time reduction of sales process, technology application, incoming calls reduction at Call Centers, agent productivity improvement, etc.

Manage the overall quality performance of the internally manufactured parts and machinery in a highly vertically-integrated, global-leader of small motor manufacturing. Precision motor parts, tool & dies, and machines were the primary output of this business unit.

As MBB in GE Appliances Asia, I was responsible for training, coaching/mentoring and driving the Six Sigma initiative of the company in Asia. I delivered training to over 200 participants for Green Belts, Black Belts and the executive management inside GE and with external suppliers. Project coaching delivered over 5 million USD in savings for key outsourcing initiatives.As Team Lead for South East Asia in the Sourcing Quality, I managed suppliers in the region deliver quality components and parts to the business supporting both new product introductions and current product offerings.

I was a Process Engineer at Motorola Semiconductors in the Philippines handling plastic injection molding. As Process Engineer, I was responsible for improving process yields, qualifying new products and materials, and evaluating new machinery. I was also responsible in transforming regular operators into technical operators - who were both responsible for maintaining and operating the production machines.
