Working with Hospital leadership on new projects/initiatives. Consulting with various Hospital stakeholders on new workflows or revising/optimizing existing ones.Finding optimization opportunities/explaining benefits to client and ensure that they’re implemented accurately and within their time constraints; includes utilizing analytic reports to provide.

• Responsible for workflow configuration, providing technical support / guidance / consulting, and conducting client training on the various tools.
• Troubleshooting workflows to identify the root cause of communication barriers whether they lie on our platform or in the client’s processes.
• Collaborating with key stakeholders on all sides on implementing new workflows, optimizing existing workflows, or troubleshooting.

• Consulting with groups to discuss existing workflow, including any barriers. Making recommendations based on best practices and enhancements that our platform offers.
• Experience in assisting with third party patient data integration projects; AD, schedules, patient data.
• Pre-project planning, data gathering for both internal /external use, post project analysis, and internal process improvement initiatives
• Providing virtual and in person training on various platform tools, including Super User classes.
• Generating custom reports for internal and external use.
• Performing QA assessments and validations on my own and coworker’s configurations.

• Triage customer calls and provide the appropriate technical service to fulfill their request.
