John Chow is the Chief Information Officer of Rancho Mission Viejo, LLC, a fully integrated real estate development and management operation where he provides leadership for the continued development of a cost effective, innovative, robust, and secure information technology environment. His primary responsibilities have him sitting at the intersection of both technical and business realms, involving a wide variety of technology: communications, computing, application, hardware and security infrastructure aligning with Rancho Mission Viejo’s internal business operations for its various business enterprises. Prior to joining Ranch Mission Viejo in 2015, he spent over 15 years in information technology professional services roles starting at Accenture and most recently providing IT leadership for a portfolio of clients for a leading Southern California based IT Managed Services Provider. He is a graduate of the University of California, Irvine with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Political Science and a Minor in Information Computer Sciences.
