John has established himself as an Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) trailblazer for the past 10 years. Currently, he's part of PVH, which owns brands such as Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein, where he will be utilizing his experiences and skills to lead PVH's Corporate Responsibility team in paving their road to ESG assurance. He will serve as the critical internal subject matter expert on establishing internal controls, management criteria, and systems to meet assurance standards for ESG data.During his tenure at Coinbase, he pioneered the creation and execution of a rigorous ESG Risk Program. At Sustainalytics, a Morningstar company, John demonstrated exceptional prowess in client engagement, culminating in platforms that enabled the fluid exchange of ESG insights, establishing himself as a trusted advisor for clients integrating ESG considerations into investment decisions. His dedication to diversity, equity, and inclusion was further recognized when he co-founded the company's first ERG dedicated to the Asian and Pacific Islander community. With pivotal roles at institutions like Nuveen, the United Nations Principles for Responsible Investment, and CDP, he has consistently advanced transparency, sustainability, and responsible investment practices. John also holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics & Political Science from Saint Peter's University.
