As an expert in software implementation managing Epic installs at large healthcare systems, my core work involves Epic's Laboratory Information System: Beaker. I also hold special positions within Epic as the Application Charging Lead for Beaker where I monitor anything financial related to the Beaker module; I'm a Mentor for newer Implementers as well as a Trainer for new-hire classes; as BFF Partner, I assist a large customer with ongoing Enterprise solutions in a role similar to Account Manager. On a daily basis I work with all levels of people from the Healthcare IT spectrum: from analysts to directors to CIOs.I'm passionate about finding solutions to difficult problems. There is no challenge that I won't find immense joy in overcoming, and learning new skills is what keeps me engaged and stimulated in my work.I hold an Undergraduate Degree in Software Development, as well as Undergraduate and Graduate Master's degrees in the Fine Arts.One of my proudest accomplishments is our daughter, Charlie.
