VOS Systems and BluAzu is a start-up company in Gainesville, Florida. This company produces Scout GPS tracking devices designed for companies that require mass asset tracking of essential company equipment. During COVID-19, VOS Systems was formed to create the reasonably priced and effective wearable contact tracing AlertTrace device, using anonymized data.• Created and implemented an inventory management system utilizing VBA coding for the production team to track the inflows and outflows of purchase and sales orders, resulting in a 20% increase of efficiency in order shipments.• Operated and maintained big data analysis workflows in SQL to provide data reports needed to assess the validity of reported data for AlertTrace contract tracing and Scout GPS products.• Ensured the efficient production and shipping of Scout GPS and AlertTrace contact tracing devices, through communication with supervisors to make sure orders were fulfilled and delivered to customers under tight deadlines.

• Designed and created a Tableau dashboard to gain insight into data collection for the Anti-Money Laundering (AML) department. Utilized Oracle SQL scripts to collect necessary data for the dashboard. Requirements were gathered from shareholders and displayed into an interactive visual for the governance and model optimization teams to use to monitor the efficiency of their data collection tables. • Conducted the annual 2021 Sanctions Model testing and presented the findings to the Model Risk Governance Committee. Testing was conducted to determine if the current sanctions models are sufficient for the companies desired risk tolerance. Data manipulation through Excel and Python was utilized to test the thresholds of the current models. • Evaluated the quality of input data across all Raymond James Financial business lines. Examined the data for input batch files among the different business lines to identify any anomalies and how company models will perform when any anomalies are present.

Supported sales and customer service operations of ticketed sporting events at the University of Florida. Conducted ticket purchases through ticketing software and monetary transactions. Prepared end of day sales reports for the event day supervisors that summarized ticket sales and total profits.• Processed ticket orders by conveying a high degree of proficiency while using ticketing software, Archtics, to ensure customers received the correct tickets for the correct amount. • Collaborated with the event day staff and supervisor to ensure the correct supply of tickets were available in relation to the estimated demand in the following areas: Ticket Sales, Will Call, Players Guest or Ticket Scanning. • Communicated exceptional customer service to arriving guests and paying customers to help ensure smooth operations of all ticketed sports throughout the University of Florida during the Spring semester.

Led a team of 8 peers during weekly Florida Football Team practices and televised games. Delegated responsibilities to peers to guarantee the medical equipment was readily available for the training staff before, during, and after team events.
