With over 5 years of combined educational and professional experience in data analysis and development, I am a Jr. BI Developer at Synergy Equipment, a leading provider of construction equipment and services. My mission is to transform complex data into visually pleasing and interactive reports that help stakeholders make informed decisions and optimize business performance.In my current role, I refactor legacy reports from Excel using structured and detailed data models, SQL, and Power BI. I work closely with product, sales, and leadership teams to understand their business requirements, translate them into technical design, and build scalable and sustainable enterprise reporting solutions. Previously, as a Statistical Analyst at GEICO, I designed and built excel reporting structures to track MRI records during the COVID-19 pandemic, enabling associates to work from home efficiently.
