As Building Project Leader for Joe & the Juice it is my role to manage and execute the design & construction of a large number of new stores across the United States. I am responsible for our company's American retail development schedule and CAPEX expenditures for new construction. I have full P&L responsibility for every construction project from start to finish, including work, design implementation, construction drawing development, procurement/supply chain, bid management and construction contract negotiations. My role requires the ability to juggle tight deadlines and work in a cross functional environment with stakeholders both internally and externally.Key responsibilities:• Manage multiple stakeholders in the retail development and construction process including architects, general contractors, designers, engineers, supply chain managers and landlords to ensure that Joe & the Juice expands in the fastest and most cost efficient way possible.• Manage and oversee the layout and design of the new stores with architects and designers• Identify, evaluate and select the contractors to be used at each location.• Monitor construction cost and work with data analysis to continuously improve the current ways of working to create a more efficient and standardized processes.

• Responsible for costing, estimating, and planning projects as well as preparing project initiation documentations. Create bidding packages for hiring of General Contractors, Millworkers, Suppliers, through qualification of competitive bidding process.• Work extensively with the project team (architects, engineers, general contractors, internal depts.) in the development and execution of the construction plans, for new SoulCycle studios.• Manage the full build out process from inception thru close out. Monitoring all phases of Construction such as: contract review, processing of all documents, project accounting, and maintaining all master files. Ensuring that work is completed on time and in conformity with Retail Owner design and company requirements• Track all project capital costs against the budget. Managing the Change Order process. Process and track all project invoices.• Oversee and coordinate punch lists, ensuring that all items are completed in a timely fashion.• Preparing close-out packages to submit to Landlords in order to receive Tenant Allowances.
