These workflows automated everything from simple inventory transactions to a complex and complete machine monitoring system of the plants heavy machinery.- Certified in Workflow Development and Engine Development-Built complete automation application to monitor the status of over a dozen plant Workcenters. This application tracked the amount of time that a Workcenter was running or not running by constantly monitoring the status of key machinery. This application uncovered hundreds of hours of previously unknown downtime, allowing for increased productivity worth over $1 million dollars/month.-Built workflow application to completely automate the reporting of Workcenter outputs and inputs. This reduced the amount of time Operators needed to do paperwork by 30-45 minutes per day per Workcenter, and increased plant inventory accuracy.-Developed application to automate the process for updating 30/60/90 day reviews for new employees. This workflow saved HR personnel 2 hours a week of unnecessary work and elimated two Excel spreadsheets from needing to be maintained.-Designed and Developed a workflow application to automate and simplify a process for recording and analyzing manufacturing Quality Data to better identify quality trends, history and moved a MS Excel based process to a web application that was far more user friendly.
