Core Location was a real estate/datacenter construction venture which purchased and created (at that time) the largest co-location facility in the world at 350 E Cermak, at ~1.2 million square feet. The facility was built out as a carrier hotel and has been bought and sold several times since. Was the sole staff resource for the spin-up of the company.
