Responsible for Project management, Software development, GIS and Web Development teams. Implemented Sprint BPR method for process re engineering within the organisation,Contractor relationship management with ICT suppliers installing networked printing solutions and Internal relationship management with customer departments.Oversaw development of council bid in national digital challenge completion to foster digital inclusion.

Software and Systems analysis using SSADM method. Software development using Reality (Pick) relational datbases and Databasic on McDonnell Douglas platforms. ICT Project Management. Systems implementation and customer training for both developed software/systems and off the shelf packages. Third party software systems appraisals for tendered solutions

Software design, development and training in Stock control, Near real time production scheduling and monitoring, Sales purchase and general ledger integrated accounts package. Network installation and management
