• Develop and execute a training program to prepare fourteen new Admissions Ambassadors per semester to accurately represent Bentley University and present tours to prospective students. • Guide new Admissions Ambassadors through the training process under a strict three-week deadline to ensure that they are fully trained in time for the Fall Open House event. • Coordinate with the other three members of the Executive Board to hire new Admissions Ambassadors, schedule campus tours and other events, modify tour content and implement new program policies. • Coordinate with Office of Undergraduate Admission management to plan events and to ensure that Admissions Ambassadors are furthering the Office of Undergraduate Admission’s goals. • Prepare presentations and training exercises for a staff of approximately seventy Ambassadors to ensure that they are accurately representing Bentley and are providing the best experience to their guests.

• Present highly engaging and informative tours of Bentley University’s campus to prospective students and their families, encouraging the prospective students to apply to and attend Bentley University.• Feature in a prerecorded virtual tour developed to make the tour experience accessible to students unable to visit Bentley University’s campus and made available on the homepage of Bentley’s website. • Modify the delivery of the tour content to meet the needs and interests of the prospective students and families on the tour. • Correspond with prospective students following their visit to campus to further encourage them to apply to and attend Bentley University.

• Cordially greet visiting families upon their arrival to Bentley University. • Facilitate the scheduling of campus visits and other appointments for prospective students. • Answer questions from families and students about Bentley University.• Perform data entry and organization with an emphasis on detail, accuracy and convenience.• Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive personal information provided by prospective students.
