Leading a team of product owners to build out a seamlessly integrated subscription billing product that leverages the power of the suite.

Tasked with building and bringing a strategically important new subscription billing product to market and help our customers transition to SaaS billing models and experiment with their packaging/pricing in agile ways.

Product manager over the core transaction and data insights (user facing analytics) experiences. Helped to modernize a decade old transaction experience with RESTful services and an Elasticsearch back-end powering a simplified Node.js UX.

Responsible for building a web services platform for use throughout the organization. Worked closely with various departments to define new business processes that needed to accompany software releases. Created all Statements of Work for outsourced portions of integrations (e.g. ERP). Technology focus on BDD and test automation through frameworks like Cucumber.

Agile Product Owner for 4+ development teams comprised of both local and blended offshore resources. Helped to build a platform to automate our core service offerings and achieved a 3x-4x capacity increase with the same labor cost.

Created a new department and service offering that turned the company into a full-service eDiscovery provider. Focus on automation and labor reduction through software, both 3rd party offerings and in-house solutions. Created backlog of automation opportunities for our software development teams prioritized by ROI.
