Hi, I'm John Trinh! I’m currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Information Systems at the University of Colorado Denver. With a strong foundation in my field, coupled with over five years of experience in customer service, leadership, and a growing expertise in Artificial Intelligence, I am well-prepared for a successful career in the business world.In my role as an Artificial Intelligence Student Assistant at CU Denver, I am responsible for promoting the use of AI technologies across campus.As the Operations Management Lead at Trinite Meson, I gained valuable experience in training and supervising teams, developing and maintaining client relationships, and analyzing data to optimize performance. My role also involved creating and maintaining financial reports, including budgets, invoices, and profit and loss statements.In addition to my professional experience, I have actively participated in community service and leadership activities. I was the Vice President of Internal Affairs for the Denver Incubator Club as well as the Financial Officer, where I lead member recruitment and retention efforts, budget, and help organize the club's semi-annual hackathon. I’ve also served as Vice President of the UNICEF Club and as a member of Key Club, where I contributed to community outreach and public education initiatives.I am proficient in a variety of software, including HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, JavaScript, Adobe Creative Cloud, Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, NetSuite, and SharePoint.
