The Flight Operations Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day coordination and administration of the Flight Operations Department.- Support Director of Flight Operations, Chief Pilot, and other members of management in day-to-day operations- Responsible for the tracking, recording, and organizing of all flight logs for FAA compliance on a daily basis- Provide administrative support to the Training and Flight Operations Departments - Tracking and organizing the secure filing of crew training records - Compiling and updating flight operations manual’s - Liaise with local civil aviation authorities - Maintain all certificates ad correspondence related to the United Nations Standards, Air Operator’s Certificate, Canadian Operations Specifications, and numerous other foreign operations specifications.- Regulatory and Safety Documentation management.- Tracking and updating aircraft on-board libraries.

The staff lead is defined as serving as the District Executive and being responsible for support and achievement of goals (Strategic Plan) set by the Council and District.
