CurrentResponsible for project estimation, planning and end-to-end execution of organization’s projects and programs costing AED 500K to AED 8 Million. SPOC for Central Bank, Master Card & VISA certifications & ATM issuer and acquirer process implementationsPerform project budgeting, vendor evaluation and negotiations, project planning, scheduling and execution of agreed scope of work. Identify, monitor, manage and mitigate project risks throughout the project duration through collaboration with various stakeholders Monitor project performance and communicate project status to the Steering committee and organization’s Senior and Executive management, through appropriate and regular communications Collaborate with multiple vendors, internal departments and project teams for planning and execution of project tasks.
