Led three manufacturing facilities, and three configuration/distribution centers located in North and South America. Drove the manufacture and shipment of >$312M annual revenue. Provided support for the global continuous improvement initiatives. Championed the global operational strategy and metrics.

Executed the global implementation of the lean business systems throughout HID Global. Led eight direct reports (positions in US, South America, EMEA, and APAC). Implementation spanned 20 manufacturing/distribution facilities, in over 12 countries. Educated and trained the strategic implementation of HID Global Lean Process Systems. Implemented and facilitated Kaizens (Office and Operations), lean facility moves, re-layouts, and Policy Deployment to achieve strategic goals. Directed operational leadership on strategic plans and implementation of lean practices.

Led the global implementation of the lean business systems throughout HID Global prior to the merge of two company divisions. Locations included Americas, Argentina, Brazil, UK, Ireland, Germany, Switzerland, Hong Kong, China, and Malaysia.

Oversaw the North Haven Supply Chain and Production Planning. Improved the on-time delivery and quality by partnering with suppliers. Implemented Kanban and pull systems with key suppliers. Conducted visits to major suppliers located in Switzerland and China to teach and implement Kanban pull systems.

Managed the top and bottom-line growth for Cable Tray Systems. Contributed to the objective of increasing revenue to $24 MM while improving gross profit. Understood the market trends and customers' needs to steer current product offering as well as develop new products.

Managed the operations of three product lines totaling over $30 million in sales with focus on safety, quality, delivery, cost, and growth. Staff included 13 salary direct reports (buyers, planners, manufacturing engineers, supervisors) and over 100 hourly associates. Other responsibilities included facilities, maintenance, and machine shop.

Led the planning and execution of manufacturing processes toward the maximization of productivity and minimization of inventories while ensuring on-time deliveries to all customers throughout The Wiremold Company (>$300MM Revenue). Managed a team of six salaried buyer/planners, improved the company’s computer system to streamline the Just-In-Time processes and educate the Wiremold companies on improvements. Used capacity planning and production leveling techniques to support Lean manufacturing.

Divested a 78K sq. ft., $13 million dollar facility in Los Angeles CA, to locations within Connecticut, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia while business was experiencing twice the normal sales volume.

Functioned as an internal consultant to facilitate Lean principles through Kaizen, pull systems, and one-piece flow. Facilitated change of culture to Lean by working with multiple levels within the organization.

Successfully led relocation of 120K sq. ft. distribution center from Tennessee, to a 220K sq. ft. facility in Pennsylvania, within a six-month time frame.

Manufactured the production of $58MM in sales. Supervised 100 union direct reports. Implemented Kanban systems.

Supervised 60 warehouse operators with over $250MM in shipments. Led picking, packing, receiving, replenishment, and loading. Oversaw HR, IT, Just-In-Time facilitation, project management, and quality.
