Working predominantly in a change management and implementation role, within the Defence Sector.

Delivery of a portfolio of 6 projects across 3 programmes supporting overseas marine equipment through Repair and Overhaul and Spares provisioning.I am accountable for the on time and budget delivery of equipment and spares realising the benefits for the customer. I am also accountable to deliver the revenue, profit and cash for the business, forecasting future financial profiles whilst managing and mitigating where possible identified risks. The projects are schedule critical for the docking periods of the vessels and therefore demand highly organised management.Managing a project team of 11, I interface with multiple internal and external stakeholders including supply chain and thier suppliers, operations, quality, logistics, trade controls and finance. The role also entails the provision of engineering support to customers to overcome obsolescence and configuration management issues.

Project Management of the design and qualification elements of multimillion pound Military Marine Equipment handling systems. This includes risk management, scope management, scheduling of tasks, budget control, estimating, stakeholder management both internal and external and resource management. Development of Business Intelligence tools and the launch of a PMO have been part of this role.Going forward I am focusing for the short term on the implementation of new Project Management tool set and processes.

Project Management of the design and qualification elements of multi-million pound Military Marine Equipment handling systems. This includes risk management, scope management, scheduling of tasks, budget control, estimating, stakeholder management both internal and external and resource management.Whilst in this role I have developed "Agile" methodologies for the design of mechanical hardware which has been presented at Association of Project Managers seminars and to interested parties at the National Audit Office.

Worked predominantly on Crashworthy seat and role equipment solutions for AW159 Wildcat (Lynx upgrade).
