[Currently Full Time Employed] I am a SW HIL Verification and Validation Engineer. I write code using NI products LabVIEW and Test Stand. I have designed and developed automated and manual testing software of embedded control software for electronic control modules of large internal combustion engines that include regression, blackbox, graybox, and requirements based testing styles. I have also developed software to perform engine test cell data acquisition including high speed angular degree synchronized sampling of combustion measurements. Implemented GUI interface and automated control of dyno controllers, DMMs, oscilloscopes, impedance analyzers, function generators, source meters, and numerous NI products including PXI, SCXI, cDAQ, and cRIO. Succeeded in verifying and validating that our embedded control software was EOBD euro-6 compliant. Helped achieve a patent for the company in ignition control. Improved, expanded, and increased testing accuracy through development of automated tests as well as building and designing the test stands themselves. I have a diverse background in testing and troubleshooting of electrical, electronic, mechanical, and pneumatic systems.Experienced in signal conditioning and signal analysis. Have innovated custom software drivers in the following communication protocols: ServLink, XCP, SCPI, and J1939.Proven track record in environmental testing, life testing, dynamic testing, and compliance testing of equipment to MVP specs, UL specs, and EOBD specs to name a few. I am skilled in test fixture design, test rack design, circuit board design, and electrical wiring layout.
