Think about the first time you heard "Wi-Fi" or "Cloud". Did you understand its value immediately? Did you open conversations with your best clients, informing them of a transformative technology they should consider? If you had the courage to stand tall against the defeneders of the "wired" or "data center" status quo, you likely are elevated in the client relationship.NetBrain delivers value that is especially important to Managed Service Providers (MSPs) who routinely agree to take on a clients "pain" by providing outstanding service. MSPs have 3 challanges in that model:1) How do I quickly gather deep insight into just how much pain a potential client has. Its simply not good enough to take a client's word for it. The obvious starting point is "how many of what kind of devices do you have? More information is needed to understand what it will cost to serve the client: how "noisy" is the environment (how many tickets), where are points of weakness, which devices are critical , is security up to date, is HA failover working...the list goes on.2) How do I reduce operational costs; both to remain competive as well as improve margins? Planning to manage a customer's network using traditional, manual effort is likely put pressure on margins and reduce competitiveness relative to MSPs with modern, automated network management.3) How do I maintain and even improve customer satisfaction, ensuring a renewal? MSPs need to prove they can not only manage a network better than the client can, but better than competing MSPs. The chalenge includes how to demonstrate this. Reducing ticket volume and outages is an obvious answer. What is less obvious is how to prevent problems and thus achieve the goal.
