As a Production/Workflow Coordinator, my primary responsibility is to ensure that pipeline objectives are met while aligning with production goals. I closely collaborate with both production and pipeline teams to proactively identify and resolve issues, maintaining effective communication to minimize disruptions.I regularly meet with production teams to discuss any challenges they encounter. I take a proactive approach to offering solutions by gathering detailed information, such as the nature of the issue, its impact on production, and any existing workarounds. When necessary, I escalate matters to the pipeline team for further action.As the main point of contact for production teams, I advocate for the use of ftrack and ShotGrid throughout the studio. This involves providing training on new features and software updates, maintaining documentation, and researching and testing new workflows to enhance overall efficiency.Additionally, I develop, maintain, and troubleshoot Excel and Google Sheets used by production to minimize errors and streamline workflows. I also manage our internal intranet, regularly updating content based on feedback and ensuring that sensitive information is protected when shared with external partners.Finally, I conduct training sessions and maintain a comprehensive library of internal documentation and training materials to support onboarding and foster continuous knowledge sharing. I assist the pipeline team by reducing their ticket load and following up with users, allowing them to focus more effectively on resolving core issues.

Ensuring freelance animators received episodic packs, that they were tracked, delivered and that scenes were received as scheduled7. Updating all relative documentation and tracking software (Ftrack) on the progress of assigned tasks.
