John Vallance has more than 25 years of accounting experience focused on public and private companies. John has extensive experience advising clients on best practices in both accounting and operational matters as well as on matters involving net profits interest and post-closing adjustments. He focuses most of his attention in the following industries: energy, employee benefit plans, and manufacturing, distribution & logistics.John is an alumnus of Leadership Fort Worth 2010 and currently serves on the board of the Housing Channel. He is also active in the Fort Worth Chamber of Commerce Economic Development Council, ADAM Energy Fort Worth and Wildcatters Fort Worth. John is also a member of the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants (TXCPA) and American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). He co-authored the PPC’s “Practice Aids for Audits of Oil and Gas Entities” auditing manual published by Thomson Reuters. John was awarded “Who’s Who in Energy” by the Dallas Business Journal in 2014. John received his BBA and MBA in Accounting from the University of Texas in Arlington.
