I am a lifetime subscriber to work smarter, not harder. I love finding efficient and unique solutions to cumbersome processes, leveraging automation wherever possible. This can be through more efficient workflows, better software solutions, or just refining steps. While I never pursued it directly, teaching is a passion of mine. From my start at a white box computer store in college, where I taught people how to get online, to last weekend, where I taught at 120mph on a racetrack, every role I have worked involved end-user training and coaching.
