The projects included:• Online Professional Learning System (LMS) (Acquire and Implement SaaS solution)• Modernisation of the Schools Online system, including development of facilities to allow online submission, marking and moderation of student work (Develop and Implement)• Online authoring, delivery and marking of high stakes examinations (Specify, Acquire and Implement SaaS solution).Mr Vandyke developed a program governance model, reporting framework, integrated program schedule, change management plans, acquisition plans, and evaluation methodologies to support the program. A large capital works program, comprising more than 80 separately funded initiatives worth in total $4.5 million, was part of the portfolio of work that was transferred to ICT.
