Consistently exceeding expectations I managed, developed, and implemented a number of technical solutions to solve complex problems. Managed a strong and successful Technical staff. I was responsible for staffing, resources, budgets, and all reporting. I have extensive experience with CAD, CMM programming, Process simulation and a multitude of programming tools offering an extremely well rounded skill set.

Experience/Skills:- Management: Managed a staff of 18 personnel including 2 production CMM/Inspection teams across 2 facilities, CMM programming, CAD modeling, and process simulation. Responsibilities included reporting of multiple departmental measurements (efficiency, turn times, resource utilization, etc...), managing and maintaining status of all projects. Responsible for all employee reviews, hiring, firing, and disciplinary actions.- Excel automation: Conceived, developed and implemented a number of software solutions to solve complex problems resulting in cost avoidance, reduced cost, improved workflow, automation of tasks, and reduction in labor hours. Experience with Excel, VBA, VB.net- CMM / CAD Programming: Using advanced CMM and CAD programming tools I conceived, developed and implemented a number of software solutions to automate CMM reporting activities. Including: Statistical accumulation of data, standardize reporting format across multiple CMM programs, added customization and automation for electronic data shifts, automated email/text notifications of run completions just to name a few. Experience with Valisys, PC-DMIS Basic Script, CADL, GRIP and VCL languages.- CAD: Extensive use of CAD systems. Experience modeling, detailing and design. Experience with Siemens UG/NX. Have also used Catia, KeyCreator, and Autodesk Inventor with a passing understanding of SolidWorks.- Process Simulation: Utilized simulation software to simulate metal flow and metal solidification. Experience with Procast.- GD&T: Strong understanding of GD&T interpretation as well as application and inspection of. ANSI/ASME Y14.5, and familiar with ISO 1101.
