• Managed the organizational transformation of Sandora, a beverages company, ending up in the sale to PepsiCo, valuing the company at $750 million.
• Led the transformation and re-engineering of SBK, a brick manufacturer, resulting in huge returns for the investor client.
• Developed the Organizational Transformation and Re-engineering practice for EBS, generating millions in returns for clients.
