I began with an IT education at the University of Bergen and co-founded Anovasoft AS, a company focused on pioneering GPS solutions for the maritime sector. After successfully selling Anovasoft AS, I embraced a role at Goodtech in Bergen, where I honed my skills as a Project Manager and Project Engineer for digital solutions towards Equinor.In 2012, I embarked on an exciting journey with ABB, starting as a Technical Account Manager for the global FPSO market. My role revolved around safeguarding the technical integrity of automation systems aboard FPSOs across the world. This encompassed a diverse range of responsibilities, from project sales and execution to offshore installations. I also proudly served as the technical lead for ABB's Automation framework agreement towards Equinor.As my career evolved, I transitioned into selling large automation systems to the FPSO market, all the while maintaining a commitment to tailored customer solutions. The highlight of this phase was stepping into the role of Project Manager for the Johan Castberg FPSO project, a venture that showcased my ability to deliver results within complex collaborations.In late 2018 my journey led me to Axtech, where I furthered my Project Manager role in the FPSO market. However, my heart remained with ABB, leading me back in 2019 as a Sales Specialist focused on FPSO projects. In 2022, I took on the responsibility of subsegment management for Floating Production Units, underscoring my commitment to delivering excellence in energy solutions.Motivated by the prospect of refining ABB's offerings and reducing carbon footprints, my goal is to work closely with clients, ensuring tailored projects that meet their specific needs. I thrive on engaging with customers, developing quotations based on customer needs and specification and project execution phases while upholding ABB's commitment to quality.My experiences have taught me the importance of adaptability, continuous learning, and collaboration.
