Roles spanned across equity, fixed income, quantitative and index strategies, alternative and real assets, ESG and responsible investment products and markets.During tenure additionally managed the recruitment of talent for TIAA’s technology infrastructure teams including managing the recruitment of Engineers for public and private cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google, VMware, OpenShift and Docker), Big Data Administration (Hadoop), Systems Administration (Oracle, MySQL, Unix/Linux), Network and Security Administration (Palo Alto, Cisco, Apache), Middleware and Desktop. In addition managed recruitment for the company’s Endowments & Foundations businesses, retirement plan sales and the TIAA Institute, an affiliated think tank publishing research associated with retirement issues and plans. Additional TIAA business lines supported have included life insurance, personal trust, banking, 529 college savings plans, institutional retirement product development, institutional client management and sales, wealth and private asset management, audit, marketing, corporate strategy and development, and the Office of Business Effectiveness (applied Lean Six Sigma).
