Personal responsibilities include:•Handling customers' support requests via Connectwise ticketing system and/or by phone•Implementing and enforcing conditional access policies across all Office 365 tenants•Implementing and enforcing endpoint multifactor authentication policies in select customer environments (local & remote access) to satisfy cyber insurance requirements•Implementing various email security solutions (Avanan, MailProtector, Huntress MDR, Blumira)•Implementing phishing simulation and security awareness training programs (Phin)•Configuring firewalls, switches, access points, and wireless bridges (Ubiquiti, Cisco Meraki, pfSense, OPNsense)•Configuring and supporting various Yealink VOIP phones; Currently supporting 700+ phones across 55+ customers•Handling file server migrations; Usually migrating to Microsoft Sharepoint/Teams sites•Handling cloud to cloud email migrations using Bititan; Rackspace, Google Workspace, etc. to Office 365•Maintaining various web services (DNS records, SSL certificates)
