During my time with Simplicity Financial Marketing, I orchestrated sales, operations, and business development efforts while concurrently coaching and mentoring new team members. This role called on me to optimize the vision, strategy, and execution of best practices and values for overall operations including sales. I also created and executed market penetration strategies that drove sales and enhanced the brand. I also acted as gatekeeper between senior managers and other key stakeholders. Key Contributions:● Directly responsible for generated 546 quality leads in three months by effectively managing a radio-based lead program. ● Delivered sound and actionable leadership;- Supported efforts to grow sales from $549M to $643M within three years.- Oversaw the rebranding of the company – completed the project in 21 days.

Earlier in my career I took great pride in my ability to provide transformative guidance for all sales and business development activities.
