Led the consolidation of customer data for online bill payment for over 60million members across the United States and Canada.

Managed the operation and delivery of business intelligence services. Provide leadership and direction for the Business Intelligence team, ensure deliverable meet the needs of business units. Provide guidance to senior executives on KPIs, metrics and data insights.

Work in the Information Management consulting division. Responsible for assessing client requirements and providing guidance to build mission critical data solutions.
